Every year children dress up in terrifyingor playful costumes on Halloween night, not realizing that for over a thousand years this particular evening has been intended forspirit mediums and witch worshiping to Satan.

So... I'm sitting up one night about 11pm looking at "Hollywood Shuffle". You remember, the old joint directed by Robert Townsend about blacks in the film industry and what capitulating had to be done to get roles. Anyway, there is this scene where a slave ( Mandingo ) runs away and takes his wife with him. As he his hiding in the bushes the slave masters wife walks up to Mandingo and proclaims her love for him. The scene cuts away and the next thing you see is Mandingo dissing his black woman and bouncing with Ms Nella. This got me to thinking about why I prefer white women over blacks.

W e all saw it!  Actually, 13 million viewers watched two nights of CNN’s microscopic gaze of “black” America on their series, Black in America.   Some people were shocked, some were engaged choir members, many had no “aha” moment and others are now just pissed.
