Ladies…Have you ever had an outfit that required the perfect style of shoe? I have.
I know when I would find that perfect shoe, I would lay out my outfit with the shoes next to them, imagining how fierce I would look at the next party. Then, the time would come to strut my stuff, so I would walk out the door with enthusiasm and belief that these shoes were looking good and that
they would give me support and comfort with every stride, but… low and behold, after an hour in them babies, they would hurt like hell!!! The entire night I am trying to find a corner table to kick them off and rub my feet. Hell, by the time I would get home, I would have been blessed with two blisters and a corn.
So...
What do you do with your shoes when you realize they hurt... Do you keep them… Give them away…or try to wear them again with a Dr. Scholls foot pad? I dont' know about you, but doesn’t this sound like what we do in relationships? We keep trying on these shoes with different outfits all because of the look and the price.
Look, if your shoes hurt that bad and have your feet looking like you have been kicking rocks with no socks, THROW THEM OUT or give them away.
Let them be a perfect fit for someone else.
